Hubsan X4 Quadcopter Review

After playing around with this little quadcopter for a while, I thought it would be nice if I wrote a review of it. First off, let me say that it’s amazing! Seriously! It’s easy to control, it’s sturdy, and it’s capable of pulling off some amazing stunts for its size. Inside the box you’ll get a battery, a controller, a USB charging cable, the quadcopter, and some spare props (propellers). For a price of $50, it’s a pretty good deal.

Its tech specs are impressive too, well, for its size at least. The quadcopter is 4 channel which means that it can go up/down, forward/backward, turn left/right, and roll left and right. The transmitter has a frequency of 2.4 GHz. The battery is a 240mAh Li-Po Battery which gives it an 8-10 minute flight time. The Hubsan X4 is also equipped with a gyro sensor which keeps the quadcopter balanced and stable in the air.

When flying this little drone, you’re in control. Although it’s not perfect when there’s a breeze outside, it’s still reliable any other time. Flying indoors is easy, but I would recommend a large area. Outside is easy too, but without any wind. Getting off the ground is a breeze because the gyro sensor automatically levels out the quadcopter upon take off. Landing is a little more tricky because you have to brake/descend at just the right time. Overall control is hard at first, but you can get the hang of it in no time at all. I would recommend this little quadcopter to kids 13 and up, and for any beginners in quadcopters. Pick one up today at Amazon!
