robot floor sweeper (and mopper) offers automatic dry sweeping and wet mopping.
What’s included – The box includes one Mint cleaner, one navigation system, two batteries (for the navigation system), one charger, two reusable dry cloth rags, and one reusable mop cloth. Everything that’s needed is included.
Navigation Cube
Out of the box – Right out of the box, the Mint is pretty much ready to go. Although it’s not fully charged, the Mint requires no parts that need to be out together. Putting the batteries inside the Mint’s NorthStar navigation system and attaching a cloth is all that’s needed to get the Mint cleaning.
Mint features – Mint has a wide range of features to get the best possible clean. With Mint’s navigation system, Mint is able to map out the room it’s in and clean sides, corners, and even under furniture. In addition, Mint cleans around furniture legs. The infrared and bumb sensors allow mint to detect boundaries, different rooms, carpet, and edges. In the end, the cloth attached to Mint will be extremely dirty and that’s proof that Mint actually works. Aside from cleaning, the rechargeable battery inside Mint will last around 3 hours per charge. You can wait 4 hours to charge Mint or you can wait until Mint’s red light turns blue. Mint is also very quiet and you’ll barely hear it.

Cleaning – The Mint robot offers two cleaning modes. This includes dry sweeping and wet mopping. Dry sweeping can cover up to 1,000 square per navigation cube (you can use more than one), and mopping will cover around 300 square feet. Sweeping includes Mint covering an entire room by going under, around, and up next to furniture. It will tackle dust in corners and baseboards too. Once finished, Mint will play a tune and return to where it started. During the wet mop mode, Mint does a deeper clean. It will start by mopping back and forth to ensure dirt is cleaned off the floor. It takes longer than sweeping and I recommend that you use Mint to mop after the room is swept of big dirt. Once cleaning is done, it’s a good idea to let it charge. Below is a cloth after dry sweeping.

What it is and who it’s for – The Mint robotic cleaner is perfect for those who have dogs that shed. It’s great for those who want their floors to be cleaned and maintained every day or so. While the Mint isn’t a vacuum and won’t pick up penny-sized dirt, it will pick up dust, pet hair, small dirt, and most of the stuff that’s on your floor. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone that hates cleaning their floors or to those who have allergies. If you’re interested in purchasing it, please head on over to AmazonImage may be NSFW.
